1 RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
1.1 ☁ Can I return or exchange my article?
You can exchange or return your item within 14 days. Returns are at your own expense. You will receive a returnform with each order. Please fill this in and send it back with your returned article.
1.2 ☁ I have received an incorrect, incomplete or damaged article. What should I do?
First and foremost, we would like to apologize for any damaged, incorrect or missing articles. Please contact us within 7 days through email@example.com and we will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. The costs of the return delivery will then be refunded.
2.1 ☁ My payment went through but I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
You should receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after you have placed your order. Did you not receive an e-mail? Please first check your spam folder. If you do not find it there, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.

3 DELIVERY/PICK UP
3.1 ☁ When does my package arrive?
We do our best to deliver your packages as soon as possible. If you place an order before 2PM, you will get it the day after. It takes 1-2 office days before a package gets delivered. If you have placed an order in the weekend, you will have to be a little more patient and the package will be delivered the nexr working day.
Flexible delivery with Predict.
Because of the predict service of DPD, you can follow your package the whole time. This innovative service informs you about the delivery, down to one hour precise. A day before delivery, you will receive an email or text message informing you about the exact delivery date. The morning of delivery, a second message will give you a time window of one hour where the delivery will take place in.
Last-minute change necessary?
No problem. The inflight options allow you to modify the place and moment of delivery, until one hour before the delivery. Use live tracking to follow your parcel on a map and to discover the amount of stops the driver is still looking at before he arrives at your home or office. This new service can be used on desktop, tablet or mobile and applies to all B2C parcels that are being sent in the Belux.
DPD Pickup is the best solution if you want to receive or return parcels easily. You can always rely on outstanding service and flexibility, thanks to our widespread Pickup network. 3.2 ☁ Can I track the status of my parcel ?
Yes, on www.dpd.be you can follow your parcel. All you need is the 14-figure parcelnumber.
3.3 ☁ What are the shipping costs?
Shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands costs €5. Orders above €50 are free of charge. The shipping costs for all the other countries depend on your region. If you pick up your package in a DPD parcel point, the cost is €3. If you pick it up in one of our stores, it’s free.
3.4 ☁ Can I adjust or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel placed order. Do you want to return or exchange your item? You can do this within a fortnight.
3.5 ☁ How do I know when I can come and pick up my order in one of your stores?
When your order is ready, you will get an email that says you can come and pick up your order. When you choose for the option Pick up in Antwerp/Ghent, the delivery term will be one office day. So it doesn’t mean that you can pick up your package the same day as when you order it.
3.6 ☁ I wasn’t home when they delivered my package. What do I do?
Not at home when the DPD driver comes? You can collect your parcel from a Pickup parcelshop. If you’re not at home when the DPD driver comes, your parcel will be taken to a Pickup parcelshop in your local area. That way, you get your parcel as soon as possible, and you decide when you go to pick it up.
The DPD driver will leave a note in your mailbox giving the address of the Pickup parcelshop and the time from which you can collect your parcel. You will receive an email from DPD when the parcel has arrived in the Pickup parcelshop.
Bring your proof of identity with you when you go to pick up your parcel. You will have seven days to collect it, after which it will be returned to the sender.

3.7 ☁ I chose for a DPD Parcel point. When can I pick up my order?
DPD Pickup is the best solution if you want to receive or return parcels easily. You can always rely on outstanding service and flexibility, thanks to our widespread Pickup network of 1.500 Pickup parcelshops in the Benelux and convenient opening hours. Every Pick up parcel point is open from Tuesday until Saturday at least.

All the information concerning a certain product is listed next tot he product. When you desire more information, you can always send an e-mail to email@example.com
4.2 ☁ The item that I want is no longer in stock. Will this be restocked?
Is your favorite item out of stock? We will keep you updated on our site and our social media in case the item will be restocked. New items or items that are back in stock will be posted immediately on Facebook and Instagram. The collection of Clouds of Fashion changes all the time so it can happen that some items are not restocked.
4.3 ☁ Can I reserve an article or do you hold items aside?
We cannot reserve articles or hold them aside.
